About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Operations Data & Systems Analyst to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for scaling our analytics, insights, and operating cadence that underpin our go-to-market (GTM) teams. Your primary focus will be on owning and refining the metrics, dashboards, and analyses that drive critical business decisions such as weekly pipeline reviews, forecasting accuracy, territory and capacity planning, and executive reporting. This role requires close collaboration with Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams to establish performance measurement standards, enhance funnel visibility, and support predictable revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong analytical background, capable of transforming raw data into actionable insights. You will own the operating cadence for pipeline inspection, forecast readiness, and revenue measurement frameworks, working alongside Salesforce Administrators and Systems partners to build and optimize systems and data structures. Your expertise will help strengthen HSI's revenue intelligence by establishing a trusted source of truth across the entire revenue lifecycle—from lead generation to renewal and expansion—ensuring data integrity, consistency, and usability for all stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations with direct ownership of pipeline management, funnel reporting, and forecasting processes
  • Proficiency in analyzing pipeline metrics and translating data into strategic insights and actionable recommendations
  • Strong experience supporting recurring GTM operating cadences such as weekly pipeline inspections and monthly forecasting reviews
  • Deep understanding of CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, including core objects, data models, and configuration impacts
  • Excellent skills in Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL for data analysis and reporting
  • Ability to define and document KPIs, data governance standards, and reporting methodologies
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams
  • Knowledge of RevOps systems architecture, data flow, integrations, and routing logic
  • Strong communication skills to convey insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain pipeline, funnel, and revenue performance dashboards for weekly and monthly business reviews
  • Provide executive-level insights on pipeline health, forecast risks, sales productivity, and revenue trends with clear, actionable recommendations
  • Analyze key metrics such as stage conversion, deal velocity, win rate, pipeline coverage, and attainment by segment or region
  • Support forecasting accuracy through risk scoring, pipeline inspection, and structured analytics processes
  • Research industry benchmarks to inform GTM planning, capacity modeling, and performance targets
  • Enhance forecast accuracy by monitoring leading indicators, data hygiene, and pipeline movement
  • Partner with Salesforce Administrators to define and implement reporting-ready data structures, validation rules, and lifecycle stages
  • Own CRM requirements for pipeline management, including field definitions, governance, and system configuration
  • Administer pipeline governance standards to ensure data consistency and auditability
  • Design scalable reporting frameworks and standardized metric packs for global GTM stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Customer Success teams to improve visibility into renewals, expansion, and churn drivers
  • Document KPI definitions, calculation logic, and reporting methodologies to maintain data integrity
  • Support GTM operating cadence by preparing leader-ready views, monitoring stage hygiene, and tracking follow-up actions
  • Assist in forecasting cadence by maintaining category logic, identifying risks, and ensuring data completeness
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and self-service reporting to enhance operational efficiency
  • Support emerging revenue intelligence initiatives, including AI-driven analytics and automated insights platforms
