About The Role
We are seeking a skilled Revenue Operations Data & Systems Analyst to join our team. This role is pivotal in scaling our analytics, insights, and operational cadence that support our go-to-market (GTM) teams. The successful candidate will own the development and maintenance of key metrics, dashboards, and analyses that drive decision-making processes such as pipeline reviews, forecasting, territory planning, and executive reporting. This position requires close collaboration with Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams to define performance metrics, enhance funnel visibility, and support sustainable growth. The role is primarily focused on revenue operations, overseeing the operating rhythm, pipeline management, and GTM measurement framework to ensure data integrity and actionable insights. The analyst will work alongside Salesforce Administrators and system partners to configure and optimize systems, ensuring alignment with business requirements and governance standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a data-driven professional to influence revenue strategies and operational excellence in a dynamic, high-growth environment. The role offers flexibility for hybrid work from our Frisco, Texas office or remote working arrangements.
Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3+ years experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations
  • Proficiency in analyzing pipeline metrics, forecasting, and funnel reporting
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce CRM, objects, data model, and configuration impacts
  • Experience supporting recurring GTM operating cadences such as pipeline inspections and forecast reviews
  • Ability to translate complex business questions into meaningful metrics and insights
  • Excellent cross-functional partnership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of RevOps systems architecture, data flow, and integrations
  • Familiarity with industry benchmarks and SaaS metrics (ARR, ACV, churn, NRR, cohort analysis)

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain comprehensive pipeline, funnel, and revenue performance dashboards for regular business reviews
  • Provide executive-level insights on pipeline health, forecast risks, sales productivity, and revenue trends with actionable recommendations
  • Analyze key metrics such as stage conversion, deal velocity, win rate, pipeline coverage, and attainment by segment or region
  • Support forecasting processes by delivering risk assessments, data hygiene checks, and pipeline inspection inputs
  • Research industry benchmarks to inform GTM planning, capacity modeling, and performance targets
  • Enhance forecast accuracy through monitoring leading indicators and pipeline movement
  • Partner with Salesforce Administrators to ensure data structures, fields, and lifecycle stages support reporting needs
  • Define and enforce CRM governance standards, including required fields, stage entry/exit criteria, and data hygiene practices
  • Design scalable reporting frameworks and standardized metrics for global GTM stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Customer Success teams to improve renewal and expansion visibility, including churn drivers and renewal pipelines
  • Document KPI definitions, calculation methodologies, and reporting procedures to maintain a single source of truth
  • Support weekly pipeline reviews, forecast cadence, and cross-functional planning initiatives
  • Automate recurring reports and enhance self-service access to key metrics across teams
  • Evaluate emerging AI and revenue intelligence tools to improve pipeline risk detection and reporting efficiency (Nice to Have)
