About The Role
The Principal Machine Learning Engineer at Agentic AI plays a critical leadership role in designing and deploying large-scale, multimodal AI experiences that serve millions of users. This position involves developing sophisticated agentic systems that incorporate voice AI, deep research, and multi-agent collaboration to create engaging, reliable, and trustworthy AI assistants. The engineer will spearhead efforts in building fault-tolerant, high-availability AI services capable of handling extensive daily interactions while maintaining low latency. They will lead cross-functional initiatives, translating complex research findings into scalable product features, and establishing evaluation frameworks to ensure safety, responsibility, and performance. This role offers an opportunity to influence the future of AI-driven real estate services, working remotely within the United States, and collaborating with a team of innovative engineers and researchers committed to redefining customer experiences through technology.
Qualifications

  • A master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in deploying large-scale machine learning models.
  • Recent 2-3 years of experience in building agent-based systems, multi-agent collaboration, or similar paradigms.
  • Proven expertise in developing engaging dialogue systems capable of long conversations, context-aware tool selection, and compliant response generation.
  • Experience in building AI services capable of supporting hundreds of millions of daily interactions with high availability, low latency, and fault tolerance.
  • Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, Agents SDK, AutoGen, and production ML infrastructure.
  • Strong publication record, including articles, patents, or high-impact research contributions (preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical direction and present to executive leadership.

  • Design and develop large-scale, fault-tolerant multimodal AI experiences that reach millions of users.
  • Create and refine multiple interaction modes including Voice AI and Deep Research capabilities.
  • Establish and maintain evaluation frameworks, tracing systems, and safety guardrails to ensure AI trustworthiness and responsibility.
  • Stay at the forefront of emerging agentic paradigms and translate innovations into product features.
  • Lead complex, multi-team projects, bridging applied research with scalable engineering solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to distill complex research findings into actionable insights for diverse audiences, including leadership.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical growth of the team.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, ethical standards, and industry best practices in all AI development activities.
