About The Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Frontend Software Engineer to join our engineering team. Qualifications
- B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 3-10 years of professional experience in frontend web development
- Proven experience building and maintaining large-scale, complex, high-performance web applications
- Deep proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React, with familiarity with modern frameworks such as Next.js
- Strong experience with component libraries and design system implementation
- Experience with state management solutions and React patterns
- Proficiency with CSS frameworks and responsive design principles
- Understanding of frontend testing, build tools, and deployment processes
- Experience with REST API integration and managing complex client-side state
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable frontend applications with reusable components to enhance development efficiency and UI consistency
- Lead frontend optimization efforts focusing on Core Web Vitals, performance enhancements, and perceived responsiveness
- Design and implement complex state management solutions to support AI-powered workflows, user sessions, and real-time data synchronization
- Establish and uphold high standards for code quality, accessibility, testing, and maintainability through rigorous reviews and best practices
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to translate legal workflows into intuitive, responsive UI components
- Develop and enhance user-facing features that seamlessly integrate with backend APIs and support AI functionalities
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including performance monitoring, bug fixing, and feature upgrades
