Qualifications
- B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 3-10 years of professional experience in frontend web development
- Proven experience building and maintaining large-scale, complex, high-performance web applications
- Deep proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
- Strong expertise with React and modern frontend frameworks (Next.js preferred)
- Experience with component libraries and design systems implementation
- Solid understanding of state management solutions and React patterns
- Proficiency with CSS frameworks and responsive design principles
- Experience with frontend testing and modern build tools
- Ability to integrate REST APIs and manage complex client-side state
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable frontend applications utilizing reusable component libraries to ensure UI consistency and development efficiency
- Lead frontend optimization initiatives focusing on Core Web Vitals, performance enhancements, and perceived responsiveness to deliver a superior user experience
- Design and implement complex state management solutions to support AI-powered workflows, user sessions, and real-time data synchronization
- Establish and uphold high standards for code quality, accessibility, testing, and maintainability through rigorous code reviews and best practices
- Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to translate complex legal workflows into intuitive, responsive user interfaces
- Develop and enhance user-facing features that seamlessly integrate with backend APIs and support AI-driven functionalities
