The ideal candidate will focus on managing key customers, including but not limited to communicating, forecasting, and developing partnerships with key accounts. You will be accountable for growing business and being able to collaborate with corporate top management for adding value to businesses development strategies.
Responsibilities
- Overall responsible for North America market expansion and customer development
- Understand customer decision making process, and work with key stakeholders to ensure design wins
- Develop and maintain relationships with key strategic accounts to grow brand awareness, gain knowledge of future products and customer needs, capture new design opportunities, and grow new program/project pipelines
- Coordinate with product development and tech support team to deliver seamless solutions to customers
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders and customers to resolve cost, product quality, delivery, and performance
concerns on existing and new opportunities
- Conducts competitive research, identify growth opportunities in the market, collaborate with technical and marketing team to evaluate emerging markets, assess market trends and opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and above or equivalent in engineering or business
- 7+ years of business development, sales, or key account management experience
- Experience with module products or optical components is a big plus
- Results driven, ability to work independently and in a team/matrix environment
- Demonstrated success in breaking in and scaling new business
- Strong communication and excellent presentation skills
- Functional fluency in English and Mandarin
Benefits:
We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages, including health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional development. The base salary of this position will be between $150K to $350K, depending on your skills, qualificators, experience, and location. Base salary is only part of our total compensation.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
