Role summary

Seeking a hands-on Product Manager with 10+ years of experience in Commercial/Wholesale Payments to join a fast-paced team building a scalable, full-stack commercial payments platform. This role requires strong domain expertise in wholesale payments and the ability to drive end-to-end product execution within Agile development cycles. Responsibilities include creating product documentation (PRDs, epics, user stories), working directly with engineering, managing UAT, and collaborating cross-functionally. Expertise in payment rails (ACH, wire, FX, Swift), merchant platforms, and the end-to-end payment lifecycle is essential.

Role Overview:

  • We are seeking hands-on Product Managers to join a fast-paced team building a scalable, full-stack commercial payments platform.
  • This role is ideal for individuals with strong domain expertise in wholesale payments and a proven ability to drive end-to-end product execution in a highly collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and deliver product features end-to-end within Agile development cycles (2-week sprints)
  • Create detailed product documentation, including PRDs, epics, and user stories
  • Work directly with engineering teams to drive execution (no intermediary BA layer)
  • Manage UAT cycles and support technical implementation
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and merchant-facing stakeholders
  • Drive clarity, prioritize effectively, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions

Required Domain Expertise:

  • Candidates must have strong experience in commercial or wholesale payments, including:
  • Payment rails such as ACH, wire transfers, cross-border FX, Swift, banking rails, and push-to-card
  • Merchant-facing platforms (refunds, reversals, reporting, tax statements, analytics dashboards)
  • Internal operational tools and workflows for support and operations teams
  • End-to-end payment lifecycle (merchant interaction through reconciliation and payouts)
  • Scalable, platform-level payments systems (e.g., large-scale commerce or marketplace environments)
