Role summary

We are seeking an Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for application functionality, performance, and reliability. This role involves implementing and scaling automation frameworks, integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines, and performing comprehensive testing (functional, regression, integration, smoke). You will analyze test results, document defects, and collaborate with development teams for efficient issue resolution. The ideal candidate will continuously improve automation coverage and ensure test processes meet quality and compliance standards. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science is desired.

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

  • Test Automation Development – Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts to validate application functionality, performance, and reliability across platforms.
  • Automation Frameworks & Tools – Implement and scale automation frameworks using industry-standard tools and libraries to support continuous and repeatable testing.
  • CI/CD Integration – Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to enable early defect detection, faster feedback, and improved release quality.
  • Comprehensive Testing Execution – Perform functional, regression, integration, and smoke testing to ensure high product quality across releases.
  • Defect Analysis & Resolution – Analyze test results, document defects clearly, and collaborate closely with development teams to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Test Strategy & Requirements Collaboration – Work with product owners, developers, and QA teams to understand requirements and define effective test strategies and scenarios.
  • Automation Optimization & Reusability – Continuously improve automation coverage, reliability, and performance through best practices and reusable test components.
  • Quality, Compliance & Documentation – Ensure test processes, evidence, and documentation meet quality standards, compliance requirements, and audit guidelines.

Salary Range: $105,000 - $115,000 a year
