Product Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a professional in customer service and sales for a Product Manager position in the Architectural and Design focused decorative metal industry.

Duties

• Professionally worded phone and email correspondence with architects, designers, and contractors on product details, sample options, and pricing for products.
• Working with our rep group on the unique details and fabrication capabilities of the product lines
• Entering quotes, orders, and purchase orders as well as collecting deposits and balance due
• Working with forwarders to ship product to customers

Skills

• Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to perform detailed work with a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently or with direction as well has having great problem-solving skills
• Computer knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, & Word with the ability to learn office programs specific to Gage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present complex ideas clearly to technical and non technical audiences
