Role summary
Incedo is seeking a Senior SDET to develop and maintain automation frameworks, tools, and scripts to ensure software quality. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in test automation tools like Playwright and TestNG, experience with CI/CD pipelines, and familiarity with Agile testing methodologies. Financial Services, Wealth Management, or Banking industry experience is required. This role requires 7-9 years of relevant work experience.

Role Description
As a Technical Lead - SDET at Incedo, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining automation frameworks, tools, and scripts to ensure software quality. You will also participate in code reviews, develop test plans, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software products.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design and develop software development engineering testing solutions using tools such as Java
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and design solutions that meet business needs
- Configure and deploy SDET solutions, and troubleshoot technical issues as needed
- Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides and training materials. Technical SkillsSkills Requirements:
- Proficient in test automation tools and frameworks such as Playwright and TestNG
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java
- Experience with Continuous Integration and Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
- Familiarity with Agile testing methodologies
- Must have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Financial Services, Wealth Management or Banking industry experience
- Must understand the company's long-term vision and align with it
- Should be open to new ideas and be willing to learn and develop new skills
- Should also be able to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities.Qualifications
