Warehouse Operations Manager
Role summary
Uber Freight is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager for an on-site, full-time role in the Charlotte Metro area. This position is responsible for overseeing all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping. The manager will ensure inventory accuracy, coordinate material handling, and maintain safety and quality standards. Key responsibilities include leading and developing the warehouse team, optimizing workflows, monitoring performance metrics, and collaborating with other departments to meet service and cost targets. The role also involves managing the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and supporting the Sr. Warehouse Manager. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 2-4 years of warehouse experience, and 2 years of management experience are required.
About the Role

The Warehouse Manager will manage inventory accuracy, supervise stock control procedures, coordinate forklift and material handling activities, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. This position includes leading and developing warehouse team members, optimizing workflows, monitoring performance metrics, and collaborating with logistics, procurement, and operations teams to meet service and cost targets. This role will also support the Sr. Warehouse Manager in various operational, administrative, and leadership tasks.
