Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Automation Engineer
to join our team in the Pharma & Life Sciences domain. The ideal candidate will support automation projects, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and contribute to improving manufacturing and quality processes through automation technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of automation systems for pharmaceutical processes.
  • Work with PLC, SCADA, and DCS systems to support manufacturing operations.
  • Participate in system validation activities (IQ, OQ, PQ) in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Troubleshoot automation issues and provide timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and engineering.
  • Ensure adherence to GMP, FDA, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain documentation related to automation systems and processes.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field).
  • 1–2 years of experience in automation within Pharma or Life Sciences (freshers with relevant internships can apply).
  • Basic knowledge of PLC (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley), SCADA, or DCS systems.
  • Understanding of GMP and regulatory requirements is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
