Role summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Privileged Access Management (PAM) Engineer with expertise in Delinea Secret Server to implement, maintain, and enhance the organization’s PAM infrastructure. This 12-month contract role requires hands-on experience with Delinea solutions, database integrations (Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL, MongoDB), and ServiceNow. Responsibilities include managing privileged credential vaulting, lifecycle processes, troubleshooting, system monitoring, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure secure privileged access operations and compliance. The position is fully remote and requires participation in an on-call rotation.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled
Privileged Access Management (PAM) Engineer
with strong expertise in
Delinea Secret Server
and related Delinea solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and enhancing the organization’s PAM infrastructure, ensuring secure credential management and compliance across integrated enterprise systems.

This role requires hands-on experience with Delinea integrations, database connectivity, and cross-functional collaboration to support secure privileged access operations.

Must-Have Skills:

- Strong experience with
Delinea Secret Server
- Database integrations:
Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL, MongoDB
- Experience with Delinea Server Suite and Just Enough Privilege (JEP)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain Delinea Secret Server, Server Suite, and Just Enough Privilege (JEP).
  • Integrate enterprise systems, databases, ServiceNow, and network devices with the PAM vault.
  • Manage privileged credential vaulting, rotation, and lifecycle processes.
  • Implement and customize out-of-the-box PAM integrations to meet business requirements.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement timely resolutions.
  • Coordinate and manage firewall requests to support PAM connectivity.
  • Monitor system health, apply patches/upgrades, and optimize platform performance.
  • Collaborate with network, security, and application teams to ensure compliance and secure integration.
  • Provide on-call support and respond to incidents or outages as needed.
  • Maintain documentation for configurations, procedures, and incident reports.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven hands-on experience with Delinea Secret Server and related PAM solutions.
  • Strong experience integrating databases (Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) with PAM vaults.
  • Solid understanding of privileged credential lifecycle management and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Experience working with ServiceNow and infrastructure teams.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
  • Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
  • Willingness to participate in on-call rotation.
