Role summary
Seeking a Founding ML Engineer passionate about open-source and collaboration within the OSS community. The role requires deep knowledge and implementation experience with multi-GPU training techniques like FSDP, significant contributions to ML open-source projects (e.g., transformers, TRL, kernels, Unsloth) with reviewable code, and heavy experience with ML frameworks such as Unsloth, Transformers, TRL, and PyTorch.
