Senior Revenue Accounting Manager
Role summary
Veeam is seeking a Senior Revenue Accounting Manager to serve as the primary technical accounting resource for ASC 606. This individual contributor role will own complex revenue recognition matters, policy development, and the annual Stand-Alone Selling Price (SSP) evaluation. Responsibilities include reviewing contracts, guiding revenue recognition rules, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing closing activities, supporting external audits, and contributing to process automation projects. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, CPA certification, 8+ years of progressive accounting experience with at least 3 years focused on ASC 606, and experience with ERP/CRM systems like NetSuite and Salesforce. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Senior Revenue Accounting Manager
About the Role
The Senior Revenue Accounting Manager serves as Veeam’s primary technical accounting resource for ASC 606, owning complex revenue recognition matters, policy development, and the annual Stand-Alone Selling Price (SSP) evaluation. Reporting to the VP, Global Revenue Controller, this senior individual contributor role acts as the internal subject matter expert on revenue recognition and collaborates with stakeholders across Finance, Legal, Deal Desk, and Corporate Technology. You will drive improvements in revenue processes, support external audits, and ensure accurate and timely revenue reporting in compliance with US GAAP and SOX requirements. This role is based in the US and sits within the Finance team at the P5 level.

Compensation Transparency

For this role, the compensation range below reflects the expected total target compensation (TTC), inclusive of base pay and a competitive performance-based bonus. For roles with a commission plan, the compensation range represents On Target Earnings (OTE), which includes base salary plus variable commission. When determining compensation, Veeam takes into consideration factors such as experience, education, skills, and geographic zone. Offers are typically made below the midpoint of the range.
