Role summary

Seeking a Senior Java Backend Developer for an onsite role in Plano, TX. The position requires strong experience with Java 17+, Spring Boot, Kafka, and AWS services. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining applications, designing and implementing microservices, working with event-driven systems, integrating with AWS, and optimizing application performance. This role is for local candidates who are either US Citizens or Green Card holders.

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Java Developer with strong experience in Java 17+, Spring Boot, Kafka, and AWS services. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building scalable microservices and working in a cloud-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain applications using Java 17+ and Spring Boot

Design and implement microservices-based architecture

Work with Apache Kafka for event-driven systems

Integrate and manage applications on AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.)

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for design and development

Troubleshoot and optimize application performance
