Role Description
We are seeking a full-time AI Engineer to join our team in our Vancouver, BC office. This is a hybrid role, allowing a balance between in-office presence and work-from-home flexibility. The AI Engineer will design, develop, and optimize AI and machine learning models, implement technologies like neural networks, and support advancements in pattern recognition. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing scalable algorithms and software solutions, and contributing to AI projects in domains such as Natural Language Processing and data analysis.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks
- Proficiency in Computer Science fundamentals and Software Development
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) technologies
- Hands-on expertise with AI model development and deployment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern development tools is a plus
Base Salary
- $135,000 - $220,000 CAD + stock options + benefits
