# Why Weave Exists

At Weave, our mission is to evolve how therapeutic knowledge is captured, transformed, and communicated throughout drug development. We do this by equipping human experts with AI instruments to enable drugs to be brought to patients as rapidly, safely, and inexpensively as possible.

The Weave Platform streamlines regulatory workflows from start to finish by intelligently, creatively, and effectively infusing every step with AI. Together with our customers, Weave is designing and building the AI workbench for the entire therapeutic lifecycle.

# The Role & Your Mission

At Weave we are accelerating therapeutics' journey to market at the speed of AI. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our product team, reporting to our Director of Product Management. You will be joining a small, tight-knit team building the Weave Platform, an AI-powered regulatory document drafting and preparation solution. We aim to transform the regulatory drafting process from slow, manual, and cumbersome to swift, precise, and delightful; to go from quill pen to Macbook. The result will be more and better medicines to patients faster, and a dramatically streamlined workflow for therapeutics companies and regulators.

# What You'll Own

  • Know our customers/users: You'll come to know our customers inside and out; their aspirations and frustrations, spoken and unspoken. Users, buyers, stakeholders, everyone the product touches on its way to creating value for the organization.
  • Guide the team: You'll leverage your knowledge of our customers and the business to produce a plan. What problem should we solve, when, why, and for whom? You'll work it out in collaboration with the rest of the team, write it out, and then build the answer together.
  • Sustain the business: In everything you do you'll ensure that the business not only survives but thrives. You'll strive to be lean in building and rich in outcomes.
  • Bring clarity: When the inevitable distractions, surprises, and temptations arise you'll help the team cut through the noise to remain focused on what's truly important, what will bring value to our customers and us.
  • Do what it takes: You'll make sure it happens, that our customers realize the value we've promised. You'll do only what you absolutely must yourself, but you'll find the way to ensure that what needs to get done is done.

# What You'll Bring

  • Impact monomaniac: You are *obsessed* with creating value for customers. Cool things are cool, but nothing trumps solving a meaningful problem.
  • Inquisitive empath: Your first instinct is to try to put yourself in the other person's shoes, to understand their perspective. You never stop questioning why things are as they are and how they could be better.
  • Socially savvy: You can speak the language of the engineering and sales teams, the execs, the users, the buyers, all their stakeholders. You get that it's always about the people at the end of the day. You don't have to be an extrovert, but you do have to look like one sometimes.
  • Conversant in drugs/biology: You've built products for the industry or have advanced training in biology, ideally both. You're familiar with how drugs are discovered, developed, and talked about.
  • World class communicator: You've mastered the art of distillation and can practice it in what medium is called for (spoken word, written word, pictures).
  • 5+ years experience in product management in B2B SaaS companies, ideally serving therapeutics and/or life science companies
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred
