Western Canada Lottery Corporation (WCLC) is a non-profit organization authorized to operate lottery and gaming-related activities for the governments of Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba, with the Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut participating as associates. WCLC collaborates with provincial and territorial marketing organizations to deliver a variety of national and regional lottery games, including well-known titles like LOTTO MAX, LOTTO 6/49, and SCRATCH 'N WIN. Operating as a Regional Marketing Organization of the Interprovincial Lottery Corporation (ILC), WCLC is committed to providing fun and innovative gaming experiences. WCLC is governed by a Board of Directors comprising representatives from each member province and territory, ensuring effective stewardship.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid position located in Winnipeg, MB, allowing for both on-site and remote work. As a Sr. Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and timelines. Responsibilities include managing project teams, ensuring compliance with project goals, coordinating with stakeholders, and supervising project budgets. The role also involves scheduling, risk assessment, resource allocation, and efficient coordination across departments to achieve successful project completion.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Project Management, with proficiency in organizing, planning, and ensuring milestone completions.
- Experience with Expediting and serving as an Expeditor to ensure the on-time delivery of project components.
- Skills in Inspection to ensure quality control and maintaining standards.
- Proficiency in Logistics Management for operational efficiency and oversight.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities to manage teams and coordinate across departments.
- Experience with tools and methodologies related to project documentation and risk management.
- Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment, managing both remote and in-office tasks effectively.
- Certification such as PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
