<li><strong>Strategic Analyses</strong>: Monitor, analyze, and optimize new user acquisition campaigns to maximize profit.</li>
<li><strong>Creative Testing</strong>: Designing A/B tests and finding innovative ways to engage audiences.</li>
<li><strong>Project Prioritization</strong>: Using high judgment to solve problems and drive impact in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li><strong>Cross-functional teamwork</strong>: Drive alignment with key stakeholders on user acquisition performance.</li>

<li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent practical experience.</li>
<li>Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.</li>
<li>Proficiency in programming, preferably in SQL, R or Python is a plus.</li>
