Senior QA Engineer
Role summary
Wingmate Inc. is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to take ownership of platform quality. About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior QA Engineer to own quality across our platform. This is not just test execution, you’ll be responsible for identifying gaps, improving processes, and ensuring releases meet a high standard.
You’ll work closely with engineering, product, and leadership to drive quality forward.
What You’ll Do
- Own QA for features from planning through release
- Create and execute test plans (manual + exploratory)
- Identify edge cases, regressions, and system risks
- Improve QA processes and coverage across the team
- Work directly with developers to resolve issues quickly
- Validate production releases and hotfixes
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of QA experience
- Strong experience with manual and exploratory testing
- Ability to think critically and find edge cases
- Experience working in fast-moving product teams
- Strong communication and ownership mindset
- Comfortable working without rigid structure
Nice to Have
- Experience with test automation frameworks
- Experience with APIs and backend validation
- Familiarity with tools like Cypress, Postman, or similar
- Experience with SaaS platforms

Pay: $68,392.06 - $96,450.66 per year
