At WisdomAI, the Product Manager acts as a catalyst for collective intelligence, empowering engineers and designers to propose and build, keenly capture customer feedback, and continuously strive for improvement. This role requires a minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience and a deep balance of technical understanding and customer empathy.
Core Responsibilities
The PM role serves as the glue that connects the customer's needs, the market's demands, and our team's creative and technical capabilities.
- Customer Empathy and Data Mastery
- Cultivate deep customer empathy by spending time with prospects and users, observing workflows, and understanding their business context.
- Translate customer pain points into clear and actionable problem statements for the development team.
- Leverage your technical and data understanding to evaluate product performance, interpret complex analytics, and inform strategic decisions.
- Proactively track qualitative and quantitative feedback by monitoring support channels, listening to sales calls, and checking in with customer-facing teams.
- Technical Depth and Execution Orientation
- Guide the team in choosing the right development approach for the task at hand (PM-first, Design-first, or Dev-first), relying on your technical understanding of our platform.
- Define the problem and its constraints, allowing engineers to write robust solution proposals.
- Maintain a relentless execution oriented focus, seeing yourself as an extension of the development team, unblocking them and consistently following through on commitments to drive features to launch.
- Work effectively in our fast-paced environment, balancing immediate user needs with long-term strategic goals.
- Strategic Communication
- Facilitate discussions, lead brainstorms, and articulate a compelling product vision to align the entire organization.
- Act as a product evangelist, collaborating with sales, marketing, and customer success to clearly articulate the product’s value.
- Proactively close the feedback loop, ensuring insights from users and the market are constantly flowing back into the development process.
What You'll Bring: Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Product Management, specifically within B2B SaaS, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related AI-native platforms.
- Proven track record of successful product delivery and strategic execution in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated technical and data understanding—you must be comfortable discussing APIs, data pipelines, model performance, and architectural trade-offs with customers and engineers.
- Deeply rooted customer empathy and proficiency in interpreting user analytics and business metrics to guide product strategy.
- Strong collaborative and stakeholder management skills across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
