Project Coordinator
Role summary
Woolpert is seeking a Project Coordinator for their Chicago, IL location. This role supports Project Managers in project setup, resource scheduling, budget development, and tracking scope, schedule, and budget. Responsibilities include processing change orders, managing invoices, subcontractor support, document control, and producing reports and deliverables. The ideal candidate is a proactive, organized self-starter with strong communication and Microsoft Office skills, and at least 2 years of related experience in the A/E/C industry. An Associate's degree in a related field or 10 years of equivalent experience is preferred. The role involves working with virtual teams and requires travel up to 10%.

Position Overview:
Woolpert is hiring a Project Coordinator to support our Chicago, IL location! A successful candidate will be a proactive, self-starter with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Organization, time management, attention to detail and accuracy are essential to this role. This position will function within a projectized matrix organization, and candidate must be able to take on various project work from multiple sources, prioritize accordingly, and communicate workload to direct manager.
