Customer Success Manager
Role summary
We are seeking an exceptional Customer Success Manager to join our Commercial Customer Success team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring customer success and adoption of the Workato Intelligent Automation Platform. You will manage customer onboardings, develop strategic relationships, and provide technical product expertise. You will educate various operational teams on the business value of automation, implement programs to increase product usage, and drive cross-sell opportunities. Additionally, you will coach the CSM team, act as a primary escalation point for customer issues, and provide analytical insights for decision-making and product roadmaps. The ideal candidate will be a trusted customer advisor and advocate within Workato, comfortable operating with revenue targets and demonstrating a strong track record of customer retention and growth. Availability to work Australia Hours is required.

Responsibilities
