
Senior Director of Product Marketing
Role summary
Workiva is seeking a visionary Senior Director of Product Marketing to lead the go-to-market strategy for its Finance Solutions portfolio. This role involves translating complex AI and technical innovations into compelling market narratives, driving revenue growth, and shaping an emerging category at the intersection of finance, regulation, and AI. The leader will build, mentor, and scale a high-performing global product marketing team, partner closely with senior leaders across Product, Sales, and Marketing, and enable Sales with best-in-class tools and insights. The ideal candidate has 12+ years of product marketing experience, including 5+ years of team leadership, with proven expertise in enterprise B2B SaaS GTM strategy, positioning, and messaging, and a strong understanding of AI's impact on financial and regulatory reporting.
