Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Manager, Platform, located in the San Francisco Bay Area. The Product Manager will drive the strategic vision and execution of Zof AI’s platform, collaborating closely with engineering, design, and customer success teams. Responsibilities include defining platform roadmaps, prioritizing features, conducting market research, gathering customer feedback, and managing product life cycles. The Product Manager will also ensure that Zof AI’s platform solutions align with customer needs and contribute to the company’s mission of improving software reliability.

Qualifications

  • Product Management skills, including roadmap development, feature prioritization, and cross-functional team collaboration
  • Experience with software reliability, distributed systems, or related platform technologies
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to conduct market research and interpret user feedback for product development
  • Effective communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of AI, system architectures, and modern DevOps practices
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience); advanced degree is a plus
  • Experience in software-as-a-service (SaaS) platforms or related industries is beneficial
