The skills

See the fit before you spend an application

Every required skill is matched, partial, or missing. Beside that, the role is scored on Skills, Experience, and Domain.

  • Matched. The skill is on your resume, and the years cover what the posting asks.
  • Partial. You have it, but not for as long as the job wants. The chip turns amber.
  • Missing. It is not on your profile. That is a reason to skip, or a gap to talk about honestly.

Your background lines up well with full-stack product delivery and roadmap ownership. The role leans into staff-level technical leadership, so tighten the story on how you drove cross-org alignment. Cite one concrete reliability or platform migration win.

Any posting

Score a job you found somewhere else

Paste a link from LinkedIn, Indeed, or the company site. RiseMe reads the posting and scores it against your profile.

  • On your matches. See the RiseMatch score before you apply, then tailor or prep from that job.
  • Already applied. Add it to Applied instead. The score stays on the job as it moves to Interviewing and Offer.
  • No working link. Paste the job description. Some sites block the page, and the description is enough.

Frequently Asked Questions About AI Job Match

What is free, and what is Pro?

You can run a search on this page with no account. A free account saves your matches and includes three tailored resumes a month. Looking up people at a company is free once you are signed in. Pro is $19.99 a month, or $199 a year. It adds unlimited evidence-based tailoring and searches for people at a company the first time you mark a job applied.

Is this a keyword score?

No. Each required skill is matched, partial, or missing, from your resume and the posting. Partial often means you have the skill, but not for as long as the job asks. Beside that, RiseMe shows Skills, Experience, and Domain. A keyword list is a different check, and it lives on the resume you tailor.

Can I score a job I found somewhere else?

Yes, with a free account. Paste the job link from LinkedIn, Indeed, or a company site, or paste the description if the page will not open. RiseMe scores it on your matches. If you already applied, add it to Applied and the score comes with it.

Does RiseMe apply for me?

No. You decide, then you apply. On supported Greenhouse and Lever applications, RiseMe can fill the form from your profile. Everywhere else, you apply on the company site. RiseMe does not submit applications in the background.

Can tailoring add a skill I do not have?

No. A rewrite uses experience already on your profile. If a required skill is missing, it stays missing. When skills are only partial, Apply offers to tailor the resume first. The keyword percentage is how the resume is worded. It is not a higher match score.

Where do pay and visa come from?

Pay uses the figure on the posting when there is one, and an estimate when there is not. An on-site job that only says “$” is shown in the local currency, so a Toronto role can read CA$. Visa is yes, no, or “has sponsored before” from the company’s history. “Has sponsored before” is not a promise for this role.

What happens after I apply?

The job leaves your matches and moves through Applied, Interviewing, and Offer. Closed is the outcome if it ends. If you are still on Applied after 21 days, the job says no reply. Saved jobs stay out of the match list until you want them back.
