What is a good ATS score?
80 or above is strong: the core sections are there, keywords are covered, and bullets carry measurable results. 60 to 79 usually means thin numbers or missing terms. Below 60, fix missing sections or contact details first. The score is a weighted average: quantified impact 30%, keywords 25%, structure 20%, formatting 15%, contact details 10%.
