
Senior Web Developer
Role summary
We are seeking a Senior Web Developer to lead the technical direction of our public-facing website, transforming it into a high-performance growth engine. This role requires a blend of marketing acumen and engineering expertise, focusing on Core Web Vitals and Conversion Rate Optimization alongside clean architecture. You will spearhead a migration to Webflow, while leveraging Next.js, React, or Drupal for complex integrations. Responsibilities include architecting the Webflow ecosystem, enabling experimentation, optimizing performance and SEO, integrating marketing technologies, and providing technical leadership within an Agile framework. The ideal candidate has 5-8+ years of web development experience in a fast-paced B2B or SaaS environment.

You will own the technical direction of our public-facing properties, bridging the gap between high-end brand design and rigorous engineering. This is a role for a developer who thinks like a marketer: you care as much about

as you do about clean, maintainable architecture.
The Role
This is a high-impact position where you will lead our migration and scaling efforts within
Webflow
, while occasionally tapping into
Next.js, React
or
Drupal
for more complex integrations. You are the technical translator who ensures our marketing site aligns with our broader technology vision while maintaining the agility needed to ship campaigns in hours, not weeks.
💼 A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Architect our Webflow Ecosystem: Build and maintain a scalable, component-based architecture in Webflow. You’ll ensure our site is modular, making it easy for the marketing team to spin up high-converting landing pages independently.
- Enable High-Velocity Experimentation: Build the technical foundation for A/B testing and personalization.
- Bridge the Technical Gap: While Webflow is our home base, you’ll handle complex requirements that go beyond low-code—whether that’s managing legacy Drupal instances or building custom headless components with Next.js.
- Optimize for Performance & SEO: Own the technical health of the site. You will have a relentless focus on page speed, schema markup, and technical SEO to ensure we capture and retain maximum organic traffic.
- Integrate the Growth Stack: Ensure seamless data flow between the website and our marketing automation tools (CRM, Analytics, Email), ensuring every lead is captured and tracked accurately.
- Act as a Tech Lead supporting the team’s DEV/QA/UX resources by ensuring smooth Sprint deployments and effective comms, while co-managing Scrum Board and Agile ceremonies in a limited capacity.

- Webflow Mastery: You aren't just a user; you are an expert. You understand Client-First (or similar) frameworks, custom code injections, and CMS collections at scale.
- The Hybrid Skillset: You have a strong foundation in modern JavaScript (React/Next.js) and are comfortable navigating PHP-based environments like Drupal when needed.
- Growth Mindset: You understand that a "perfect" site is one that converts. You are comfortable debugging a failed tracking pixel or optimizing a form for better UX.
- Experience: 5-8+ years in web development, with a proven track record of supporting marketing teams in a fast-paced B2B or SaaS environment.

- Primary: Webflow
- Nice to Have: Next.js / React, Drupal (PHP), Vercel, Cloudflare
- Marketing Tools: Google Tag Manager, GA4, A/B Testing platforms (VWO, Unbounce), HubSpot/Salesforce integrations.
🏢 HYBRID WORK ENVIRONMENT
Vancouver-based and Toronto-based team members work in-office every other week (Tues–Thurs). Core attendance is required from 9 AM – 3 PM on these days to support business priorities.
💰 Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $100,000 – $122,000 per annum
(The actual salary offered will be commensurate with education, experience, and internal equity.)
