Role summary
1-800 WATER DAMAGE is seeking a Water Damage Technician to assist with property restoration services. This role involves performing assigned labor, learning mitigation techniques, and providing skilled and unskilled support. Responsibilities include maintaining punctuality, adhering to uniform standards, being available for on-call duties, practicing customer service, and completing necessary paperwork. The technician will also monitor property loss and document readings, exercising good judgment and problem-solving skills. A valid driver's license and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs are required.
