1st Pet Veterinary Centers is seeking a full-time Veterinary Technician for their Internal Medicine Team in Phoenix, AZ. The role involves assisting with appointments, patient care, phlebotomy, advanced diagnostic imaging, chemotherapy administration, and anesthesia support. Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in a clinical veterinary setting, with a minimum of 3 years as a veterinary technician. Internal Medicine experience and relevant certifications (CVT, LVT, RVT, VTS) are preferred. The position requires the ability to travel between locations and day shift availability. This is a hybrid role within a 100% employee-owned company.

Veterinary Technician – Internal Medicine 1st Pet Veterinary Centers | Phoenix, AZ (Chandler, Mesa & North Phoenix)
1st Pet Veterinary Centers is seeking a full-time Veterinary Technician to join our Internal Medicine Team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoy working alongside board-certified specialists, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with appointments and patient care
- Perform phlebotomy
- Support advanced diagnostic imaging
- Administer chemotherapy
- Provide anesthesia support for procedures such as CT and endoscopy
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in a clinical veterinary setting
- Minimum 3 years as a veterinary technician
- Internal Medicine experience preferred
- CVT, LVT, RVT, or VTS (IM/DI) preferred
- Ability to travel between our Chandler, Mesa, and Phoenix locations
- Day shift availability
