Role summary
3 Day Blinds is seeking motivated Sales Representatives (Design Consultants) to meet clients in their homes, design custom window treatments, and close sales in a single visit. This role offers uncapped earning potential, company-provided appointments, and comprehensive paid training. Ideal candidates are natural people persons, motivated by performance, comfortable working independently in the field, and possess strong organizational and time management skills. Prior sales, hospitality, customer service, or retail experience is beneficial, but no design experience is required.
