Role summary
42 North Dental is seeking a Dental Hygienist to join their supportive, team-oriented environment in Boston. This role offers a guaranteed hourly rate with the opportunity to exceed it, consistent patient flow, and a comprehensive benefits package including free mental health, legal, and financial support, medical, dental, vision, HSA, gym reimbursement, 401(k) with financial guidance, and free CE. The Dental Hygienist will deliver exceptional preventive care, create a positive patient experience, educate patients on oral health, and adhere to clinical policies. Responsibilities include performing oral healthcare and risk assessments, therapeutic procedures, patient education, assisting other dental professionals, and maintaining proper patient records. A dental hygiene degree and active state license are required.
