Role summary

ABC Legal Services is seeking independent and organized individuals to work as Legal Process Servers across Texas. This role offers a flexible schedule, allowing you to choose your workload and service area. Responsibilities include delivering legal documents, planning efficient routes, interacting pleasantly with recipients, and utilizing a mobile app for job management and pay tracking. Candidates need reliable transportation, a smartphone, and the ability to scan/print documents. While prior process serving experience is helpful, it's not required. Some states may have registration requirements.

What do you need to be a Process Server?

Must have your own reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and insurance

Tech savvy – iPhone/iPad or Android smart device and ability to work within a mobile app

Ability to scan and print documents

Ability to work variable hours -- Early mornings, evenings and weekends

Experience in process serving or related work is helpful, but not required

Some states require you to be a Registered Process Server

State laws vary, and some require you to meet a minimum age to serve

Legally allowed to work in the United States, without work authorization
