ABC Legal Services is seeking organized, independent, and personable individuals to work as Legal Process Servers in Limestone County, Texas. This role offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to earn competitive wages by delivering legal documents. You will need your own reliable transportation, a smartphone, and the ability to use a mobile app for job management. While prior experience is helpful, it is not required. Some states may have specific registration or age requirements.

What do you need to be a Process Server?

Must have your own reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and insurance

Tech savvy – iPhone/iPad or Android smart device and ability to work within a mobile app

Ability to scan and print documents

Ability to work variable hours -- Early mornings, evenings and weekends

Experience in process serving or related work is helpful, but not required

Some states require you to be a Registered Process Server

State laws vary, and some require you to meet a minimum age to serve

Legally allowed to work in the United States, without work authorization
