Role summary

Accredited Labs seeks a dependable and organized Driver & Administrative Coordinator for a full-time, onsite role. This position is split 50% between driving/customer deliveries and 50% administrative support. Responsibilities include safe equipment transport, documentation, scheduling, data entry, and general office assistance. Requires a valid driver's license, strong organizational and customer service skills, and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office. Previous experience in driving, logistics, or customer service is preferred.

We are seeking a dependable and organized Driver & Administrative Coordinator to support our team. This full-time position is approximately 50% driving/customer deliveries and 50% administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pick up and deliver customer equipment safely and on schedule.
  • Load, secure, transport, and unload equipment with care.
  • Maintain accurate pickup and delivery documentation.
  • Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules.
  • Enter and maintain customer and equipment information.
  • Track incoming and outgoing equipment.
  • Assist with phone, email, filing, data entry, and general administrative support.
  • Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams.

    • Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Strong organizational and customer service skills.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Previous driving, administrative, logistics, or customer service experience preferred.
