Role summary

Advantixxx Insurance is seeking an Agency Operations Manager in Henderson to oversee daily agency operations, enhance service and sales workflows, coach team members, and support leadership in achieving growth and compliance goals. This role requires proven leadership in service-driven operations, strong coaching and process improvement skills, and comfort with data-driven accountability. A Nevada P&C license is strongly preferred.

ROLE SUMMARY

Own the daily operating rhythm of the agency, strengthen service and sales workflows, coach team members, and help leadership deliver consistent growth and compliance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead daily priorities, workload balancing, service standards, and follow-up discipline.

• Coach team members on workflows, customer experience, documentation, and performance expectations.

• Monitor key operating metrics, pipelines, retention activity, and open tasks.

• Improve procedures for onboarding, training, scheduling, records, and quality control.

• Coordinate recruiting, licensing, carrier, vendor, and administrative workflows.

• Support compliant sales and service practices and escalate complex issues appropriately.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven leadership in insurance, financial services, retail, hospitality, or another service-driven operation.

• Strong coaching, process improvement, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Nevada P&C license is strongly preferred; willingness and ability to obtain licensing may be required.

• Comfortable using data and systems to drive accountability.
