We are looking for a Duty Manager to deliver extraordinary experiences for our customers. 

This role is ideal for an organized, proactive, Customer service-oriented individual who understands how to oversee flight operations at the local station, leading both above-wing and below-wing teams to ensure compliance with the company’s quality and safety standards.

Educational requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in both English and Spanish.

Experience: 

• 3 years of related work experience; must be familiar with Ground Operations processes in airlines.
• Strong prioritization skills and proven experience as a team leader.
