Qualifications
The successful candidate will bring over six years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data strategy, preferably within CPG, retail, or eCommerce environments. Strong proficiency in SQL and data manipulation is essential, along with extensive experience in building data pipelines, dashboards, and analytics frameworks. Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is required to craft compelling and accessible reports. The candidate should demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret large, multi-source datasets from retail POS, DTC platforms, and marketing systems. Effective communication skills are vital for partnering with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex insights into clear recommendations. Familiarity with retail data platforms like Nielsen, IRI, or SPINS and understanding of marketing analytics, including paid social and attribution modeling, are considered advantageous. A background in high-growth startups or emerging brands will be viewed favorably.
Responsibilities
