About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Data Analyst to join our team and spearhead the development and scaling of our analytics capabilities. This pivotal role involves centralizing data from multiple sources, building robust data infrastructure, and creating insightful dashboards and reports that drive strategic decisions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including sales, marketing, eCommerce, operations, and finance—to develop a comprehensive view of performance across retail, DTC, subscription, and social channels. Your work will directly influence product launches, inventory management, marketing strategies, and overall business growth, making this a critical role within our organization.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have over six years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data strategy, preferably within CPG, retail, or eCommerce environments. Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is essential, along with advanced skills in SQL and data manipulation. Experience working with large, multi-source datasets—including retail POS systems, DTC platforms, and marketing channels—is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights. Candidates should have a proven track record of building data pipelines, dashboards, and analytics frameworks from scratch. Excellent communication skills are vital for effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Nice-to-have qualifications include familiarity with retail data platforms like Nielsen, IRI, or SPINS, as well as experience analyzing subscription or DTC business models and marketing analytics such as paid social and campaign attribution.

Partnering with leadership, you will identify key performance metrics and KPIs across various channels, translating complex datasets into clear insights and recommendations to optimize product launches, inventory planning, and growth initiatives. Additionally, you will work to improve data governance, quality, and security across the organization and collaborate with teams to uncover new opportunities for data-driven decision-making.
