About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Engineer to join our dynamic team at Two95 International Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, protecting, and enhancing the security posture of our clients' networks and systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in threat hunting, vulnerability assessment, and security system implementation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify potential security risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. Qualifications

  • A minimum of three years of professional experience as a Cyber Security Engineer.
  • Proven experience in threat hunting within a corporate environment with a global footprint.
  • Technical expertise in the installation, configuration, and management of Palo Alto firewalls.
  • Experience setting up and configuring wireless access points, VPNs, endpoint security solutions, and desktop operating systems.
  • Strong understanding of IT governance, risk management, and compliance standards.
  • Experience performing vulnerability assessments, network scanning, and security audits.
  • Familiarity with security tools such as anti-virus software, patch management systems, and intrusion detection systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to respond effectively to security incidents.
  • Effective communication skills to provide technical guidance and report security metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and defend systems against unauthorized access, modification, and destruction.
  • Identify suspicious threats and activities through real-time analysis and alert investigation.
  • Spot vulnerabilities in networks, applications, and programs, and implement corrective measures.
  • Design security components to mitigate emerging threats and reduce risk exposure.
  • Develop, build, implement, and support comprehensive security systems tailored to client needs.
  • Monitor network traffic for unusual activity, ensuring rapid detection and response to incidents.
  • Review, investigate, and respond to real-time alerts within security systems.
  • Stay updated on new and emerging cyber threats by monitoring online security resources.
  • Establish security requirements for networks and equipment, ensuring compliance with best practices.
  • Conduct monthly security audits and provide policy recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Perform vulnerability scans and network assessments to identify and address potential risks.
  • Configure and support security tools such as Palo Alto firewalls, anti-virus software, and patch management systems.
  • Contribute to and maintain business continuity plans and disaster recovery protocols.
  • Provide technical guidance and security advice based on extensive experience and industry knowledge.
  • Implement and enforce network security policies, access controls, and data protection safeguards.
  • Generate comprehensive monthly reports and cybersecurity metrics dashboards for management review.
  • Assist in preparing the organization for security certifications and compliance audits.
