About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Security Analyst to join our dynamic team at Conviso Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and responding to security incidents to protect our clients' infrastructure. You will play a critical role in identifying vulnerabilities, implementing security measures, and ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive information. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ are highly preferred. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in security analysis, incident response, or a similar role. A solid understanding of network protocols, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and vulnerability assessment tools is essential. Strong analytical and communication skills are necessary to effectively interpret security data and communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with regulatory standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI DSS is a plus.
Responsibilities

• Monitor security alerts and analyze potential threats using various security tools and platforms.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify system weaknesses.
• Develop and maintain security documentation, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement security controls and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technology advancements.
• Assist in the development of security awareness training programs for staff.
• Participate in audits and compliance assessments as required.
