About The Role

Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+ are highly preferred. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in security analysis, incident response, or a similar role. A solid understanding of network protocols, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and vulnerability assessment tools is essential. Strong analytical and communication skills are necessary to effectively interpret security data and communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with regulatory standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI DSS is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Monitor security alerts and analyze potential threats using various security tools and platforms.
- Respond promptly to security incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify system weaknesses.
- Develop and maintain security documentation, policies, and procedures.
