About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Real Estate Paralegal to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, financing, and government review submissions. Your expertise will support our attorneys and clients through every stage of the legal process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, demonstrating proficiency in handling sophisticated real estate closings and legal documentation. This role is perfect for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional service.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years of experience as a Real Estate Paralegal, with a proven track record of managing complex transactions. Proficiency in legal document preparation, title surveys, financing arrangements, and government review submissions is essential. Candidates should have extensive experience in handling real estate acquisitions, including drafting consent resolutions and coordinating closings. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines are crucial. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to liaise effectively with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders. Familiarity with legal research tools and software is preferred. A Bachelor's degree in Law or Paralegal Studies is advantageous, along with paralegal certification from an ABA-approved institution. A proactive approach and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are highly valued.
Responsibilities

  • Support attorneys with research, document review, and other legal tasks as needed to ensure efficiency and accuracy in all transactions.
