About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in applicant tracking systems and social media platforms for sourcing candidates. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse candidates across multiple channels, including social media, job boards, and community outreach programs.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create tailored job descriptions that emphasize our commitment to diversity and inclusion.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate suitability in alignment with organizational values and role requirements.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the interview process, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of all recruitment activities.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives within the organization by providing insights and recommendations to improve hiring practices.
  • Participate in job fairs, networking events, and community outreach programs to build a strong pipeline of diverse talent.
  • Collaborate with HR and management teams to develop onboarding programs that foster an inclusive work environment.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and identify areas for improvement.
