Air North is seeking a Catering Attendant for their In-Flight Kitchen in Whitehorse, Yukon. This full-time role involves preparing meals according to daily specifications, maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organization, and upholding high presentation standards. The position requires a valid driver's license and 1-3 years of commercial kitchen experience, along with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility. Food Safe Level 1 and experience in a fast-paced environment are considered assets. Wage: $21.00 Hours of Work: Full-Time (35-40 hours per week) Location: Whitehorse, Yukon

    • Role Summary:

    As a Catering Attendant you are responsible for ensuring exceptional safety standards, quality and presentation standards are met for Air North's In-Flight Kitchen. The incumbent ensures daily meal production follows specifications and quantities while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day operations in the Flight Kitchen
  • Prepare meals as per daily specifications
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
  • Ensure a high level or presentation standards are met

    • Must haves:

  • Valid Drivers License
  • 1-3 years of commercial kitchen experience
  • A strong sense of accountability, honesty, and responsibility in all tasks, supporting the trust that we have built with passengers, partners, and communities
  • Enthusiasm for contributing to our unique mission, whether that’s through direct customer service, operational excellence, or behind-the-scenes support
  • Must be a legally entitled to work in Canada
