Role summary

Airborne ABA is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for part-time, onsite roles in Alamosa, Colorado. The RBT will work directly with children with autism and developmental needs, implementing behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance. Responsibilities include supporting skill-building, positive behavior change, and independence, while collaborating with families, schools, and the clinical team. The company offers competitive pay ($20-$30/hour), paid training, RBT certification support, and ongoing supervision. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Prior ABA or childcare experience is a plus.

We are excited to announce a new opportunity to serve families in Alamosa, Colorado and we’re looking for compassionate, dedicated individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

What You’ll Do:

  • Work directly with children with autism and developmental needs.
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Support skill-building, positive behavior change, and independence.
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and our clinical team to make a lasting impact.
