Role summary

AirSculpt is seeking a Surgical Sales Consultant for its luxury medical practice specializing in body contouring. The role involves meeting sales goals, using consultative selling techniques to understand client needs, and recommending suitable aesthetic services. This position requires 5 years of consultative sales experience, strong communication skills, CRM tool proficiency, and the ability to work weekends. A base salary of $50K with a total annual compensation range of $100-125,000+ is offered, along with benefits including health insurance, a retirement plan, and paid time off.

We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Surgical Sales Consultant to become an integral part of our luxury medical practice.

As a Surgical Sales Consultant at AirSculpt®, you will:

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and achieve required metrics for patient satisfaction.
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to connect with clients, understand their needs, and recommend suitable medical aesthetic services.
  • Collaborate with our medical team to ensure seamless communication and coordination throughout the patient's journey.
  • Handle other tasks as assigned by management.

    • Requirements:

  • 5 years of consultative sales experience, preferably in medical aesthetics or high-end luxury services
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to connect quickly with clients on a personal level
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
  • Experience using a CRM tool
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work weekends as required by business needs

    • Preferred but Not Required:

  • Salesforce experience
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)

    • Physical Demands

  • Must be able to sit or stand intermittently for the duration of a shift (8-12 hours)
  • Push/pull/lift up to 25 pounds

    Full compensation packages are based on candidate experience and relevant licenses or certifications.
