Role summary
Aisin Electronics Illinois LLC (AEIL) is hiring an IS Specialist to support office and manufacturing operations. This role involves Tier 1-2 IT support, hardware/software troubleshooting, managing Active Directory and Microsoft 365, supporting network infrastructure, maintaining virtual environments, assisting with enterprise systems like Oracle E-Business Suite, developing documentation, and supporting security initiatives. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 3-5 years of IT support experience, and strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals. Preferred experience includes VMware, backup solutions, PowerShell, Oracle E-Business Suite, SCCM, and Linux.

Schedule: Primarily 1st Shift (After-hours support as needed)
Salary Range: $52,000 – $61,535

What You’ll Do

Provide Tier 1–2 support through our service desk ticketing system

Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software

Manage Active Directory accounts and Microsoft 365 environments

Support network connectivity, VLANs, and IP configurations

Maintain virtual environments and storage systems

Assist with Oracle E-Business Suite and enterprise systems

Develop technical documentation and train end users

Manage device inventory and coordinate hardware procurement

Support IS security initiatives and system maintenance
What We’re Looking For
Required:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field

3–5 years of hands-on IT support experience
-
Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Group Policy

Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (VLANs, IP scopes, hardware setup)

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
