Role summary

Ajax Systems, a leading international security systems manufacturer with a global presence, seeks an HR Manager to support its growing Middle East operations. The role involves providing comprehensive HR services, managing onboarding, and contributing to core HR processes and administration. Key responsibilities include benefits, performance, and talent management. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience as an HR Manager or Generalist, knowledge of UAE labor regulations (MENA knowledge is a plus), and experience with visas, immigration, and external vendors. Responsibilities:

Provide a range of HR services to employees from joining to the expiry of the contract and assist in all matters relating to employment matters

Manages onboarding and induction of all new hires

Provide operational leadership and hands-on contributions in core existing HR systems and processes

Perform various administrative duties to support HR records and administration requirements in line with compliance and record-keeping requirements

Manage expats full-cycle employment process, occasional relocation support

Perform hands-on contributions to the improvement of HR processes and policies:workforce administration, compensation review, benefits, performance and talent management, training

Support of other regional teams on occasional basis

Key Requirements:

3+ years of experience in HR Manager / HR Generalist capacity

Knowledge of UAE labor regulations, knowledge of broader MENA regulations would be a plus

Experience of working with visas and immigration policies, understanding of different types of employment and following procedures

Experience of working with external vendors

Results-focused mindset, with the ability to work in dynamic environments

English level: B2+
