UX Designer

Akkodis is seeking a
UX Designer
for a
Contract
with a client in
Sunnyvale, CA.
The candidate must have strong project management capability to guide UX initiatives while ensuring cohesive execution across design and development teams.
Rate Range:
$52/hour to $56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
UX Designer Job Responsibilities Include

• Lead UX design efforts by collaborating with UX, development, and product teams to create intuitive and accessible user experiences.
• Drive project management activities to ensure design initiatives progress smoothly and align with product goals.
• Add subtle motion elements that enhance user understanding and improve interaction flow.
• Develop and maintain design systems that support consistent visual communication across the product.
• Create marketing and support page designs that reinforce the overall solution and brand identity.
• Communicate design concepts effectively through sketches, comps, and written specifications.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in UX design, HCI, visual design, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience, including time designing enterprise applications.
• Strong capability to manage projects while driving UX design initiatives as required by the client.
• Proven ability to design, maintain, and implement design systems per client expectations.

Pay Details:
$52.00 to $56.00 per hour
